  • Customers: Customer-centric history and context
  • Analytics: Trends, sentiment, categories, and patterns
  • Action Items: Follow-up tasks from calls

Administration

Visible to owner role.

  • Agents: Agent-level summaries and details
  • Team: User invites, role management, and mappings
  • Settings: Integrations, Notifications, Customer Management, Categories
